2. Applicability<\/strong>
\nThese Terms apply to all distance contracts concluded between The Fates and consumers within the
\nEuropean Union and the United Kingdom.
\nBy placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.<\/p>\n

3. Product Information<\/strong>
\nWe ensure that all product descriptions are accurate and complete, including:
\nMaterial composition<\/p>\n

Size information (including size guide)
\nCare instructions
\nColor description
\nPrice including VAT
\nShipping costs (clearly stated before checkout)
\nDelivery time estimate
\nMinor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings do not constitute a defect.<\/p>\n

4. Prices and VAT<\/strong>
\nAll prices displayed include VAT applicable in the customer\u2019s country of residence (where required
\nunder EU VAT OSS rules).
\nFor UK customers:
\nOrders may be subject to import VAT or customs duties depending on order value.
\nThese charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n

5. Conclusion of the Agreement<\/strong>
\nThe contract is concluded when:
\n1. The customer completes the checkout process.
\n2. The customer clicks the button marked \u201cOrder with payment obligation\u201d (or equivalent).
\n3. The customer receives an order confirmation by email.
\nWe reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
\nPricing errors
\nSuspected fraud
\nUnavailability of stock<\/p>\n

6. Payment<\/strong>
\nWe accept payment via:

\nCredit card<\/p>\n

\nPayment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

7. Delivery and Returns<\/strong>
\nWe deliver within the EU and the UK.
\nEstimated delivery times for regular orders :
\nNetherlands: 7 working days
\nEU: 14 working days
\nUK: 14 working days
\nDelivery times are estimates and not strict deadlines.
\nRisk transfers to the customer upon delivery.<\/p>\n

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU &amp; UK Consumers)<\/strong>
\nConsumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
\nWithdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer receives the goods.
\nTo exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us via email.
\nAfter withdrawal:
\nThe customer has 28 days to return the goods.
\nRefund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.
\nRefunds are made via the original payment method.<\/p>\n

9. Conditions for Returns<\/strong>
\nReturned items must:
\nBe unworn and unused
\nHave original tags attached
\nBe returned in original packaging
\nShow no signs of damage
\nWe reserve the right to deduct value if the product shows use beyond necessary inspection.
\nReturn shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
\nThe customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless the goods are defective,
\ndamaged, or incorrectly delivered.<\/p>\n

10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>
\nThe right of withdrawal does not apply to:
\nCustom-made, made to order or personalized clothing<\/p>\n

11. Conformity and Legal Guarantee<\/strong>
\nConsumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee within the EU.
\nProducts must conform to the contract and meet reasonable expectations regarding quality and
\ndurability.
\nIf a product is defective, the customer may request:
\nRepair
\nReplacement
\nPrice reduction
\nRefund (where legally applicable)
\n12. Complaints Procedure
\nComplaints must be submitted via email within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect.
\nWe will respond within 14 days.
\nEU consumers may also use the European Commission\u2019s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).<\/p>\n

13. Liability<\/strong>
\nOur liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except in cases of:

\nGross negligence
\nDeath or personal injury
