We ship within the EU and the UK.
Regular items are usually shipped within 7–8 working days.
Made-to-order items may take up to three weeks, depending on the complexity of the garment. Please see the product page of your item for more information.

We work with trusted international carriers, including PostNL and FedEx.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Track & Trace link.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
The Fates does not provide prepaid return labels for voluntary returns.
If a product is defective or incorrectly supplied, The Fates will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon proof of postage.
Returns
We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase from The Fates. However, if you change your mind, you may return or exchange your product(s), subject to the conditions below.
Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition.
All original packaging and accompanying materials must be included and returned undamaged and clean.
Products that show signs of use will not be accepted.
A product is considered used if it has been worn, shows visible signs of wear, or smells as though it has been worn.
If returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the package to you.
When returning your order, please ensure the product is shipped back in the original box in which it was delivered. If a significantly larger shipping box is used, we reserve the right to request reimbursement for additional shipping costs incurred.
The maximum refund amount shall not exceed the total amount originally paid to The Fates.
Exchanges
An item may be exchanged once only. After an exchange has been completed, further exchanges are not permitted. You may instead return the item and place a new order.
