All content, materials, and elements made available on or through the Websites (the “Websites”) are
protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark,
design rights, database rights, and related proprietary rights.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Websites, including but not limited to text, graphics,
logos, trademarks, trade names, brand elements, product designs, images, photographs, audio-visual
materials, layout, source code, and any other materials or content published on or created for the
Websites, are and shall remain the exclusive property of The Fates or its licensors.
Access to and use of the Websites does not confer upon any user any ownership rights or licenses in
respect of any intellectual property rights. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-
transferable, revocable right to access and view the Websites solely for personal, private, and non-
commercial use.
Except to the extent permitted by mandatory law, no part of the Websites may be copied,
reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, commercially
exploited,or otherwise used in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of The
Fates. This prohibition expressly includes, without limitation:
 Framing or mirroring any portion of the Websites;
 Deep linking or unauthorized linking to the Websites;
 Extracting or reusing substantial parts of the content;
 Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code;
 Creating derivative works based on any content or materials of the Websites.
All creations of The Fates — including but not limited to its name, trademarks, logos, branding,
product designs, website design, imagery, photographs, graphics, and any other creative expressions
— are protected under applicable trademark, copyright, design, and other intellectual property laws
and regulations.
The use of The Fates’ products, or any part thereof, for the purpose of developing, manufacturing,
promoting, distributing, or selling derivative works is strictly prohibited. This prohibition applies
irrespective of whether such derivative works are intended for commercial or non-commercial
purposes.
Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, adaptation, distribution, manufacture, offering for
sale, or sale of derivative works — including but not limited to related fashion items, accessories, or
other goods inspired by or based on The Fates’ designs — shall constitute an infringement of The
Fates’ intellectual property rights and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
No waiver, tolerance, or failure by The Fates to enforce any of its intellectual property rights shall be
construed as a waiver of such rights. Any previously granted informal permissions or tolerated uses
are hereby expressly revoked unless confirmed in writing and signed by an authorized representative
of The Fates.
The Fates reserves the right to take all legal measures it deems appropriate to protect and enforce its
intellectual property rights, including seeking injunctive relief, damages, and reimbursement of legal
costs to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The Fates further reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Intellectual Property section at
any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Websites following such amendments
constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
